Today he is Managing Director of Damian Hall Group at Blackstream | Christie's International Real Estate, based in Greenville and working Greenville, The Cliffs, Lake Keowee, the Tryon and Landrum horse country, and Charleston. In his words

Previously published. Fresh comment is available on request.

"In my experience, the formula comes down to price + condition + exposure = a sale. If one of those is off, it could easily create a situation where the home doesn't sell and needs a fresh strategy."

Realtor.com, on celebrity homes that sit

"These Midwestern states see a lot of snow in the winter, whereas here in the Southeast, people are flocking to escape it."

Realtor.com, 2022, on the move south

"We treat every home like a masterpiece. For each listing, we create custom branding, gorgeous web-sites, cinematic films, architectural photography, extraordinary events, captivating press, and more."
