5 Valley Crest Court

Justice Design Studio drew 5 Valley Crest Court as a modern mountain home that keeps its edges clean, on a double lot in Cherokee Valley with mature hardwoods on every side.

In the great room, a steel I-beam and glulam timbers cross a thirty-foot cathedral ceiling, a plaster fireplace column climbs the full height of the room, and a wet bar with its own beverage chiller, ice maker and drawer dishwasher is built in beside it. At the back, a 24-foot Origin glass wall slides away to a screened porch with its own stone fireplace, and an Argentinian grill is set into the stone next to it.

The kitchen has a double-waterfall island, steel shelves across the window and a scullery behind it. A glass wine room off the foyer holds 370 bottles. The primary wing has its own porch, a wet room with a soaking tub and a door out to a seven-person saltwater hot tub. Radiant heat runs under the floors throughout, and a whole-home generator and two EV chargers are already in place.
