We sell where we live. Damian has lived downtown since 2012, and the office sits at Blackstream | Christie’s International Real Estate headquarters a few minutes from Main Street. We sell fine homes from Five Forks to downtown and north to Montebello and the Cliffs at Mountain Park, Valley and Glassy.
The streets we know on foot are the ones we want more of: downtown, North Main and Alta Vista, the Augusta Road area, Parkins Mill and Collins Creek. These are small, specific markets where the right buyer is rarely the one scrolling a portal, and where a house marketed with a film and its own site reaches people who were not yet looking in Greenville at all.
Greenville is on the national lists now, and the buyers arriving from Charlotte, Atlanta, Florida and the West Coast are comparing it with Asheville, Charleston and the lake. The journal below is written for them, and for the owners deciding whether this is the year.

The Greenville neighborhoods
Each community has a page of its own: what it is, what is for sale there now, what we have sold, and the questions buyers ask.
North Main
Just north of downtown: Craftsman bungalows and Tudors on tree-lined streets, new houses arriving as infill, and the newer condo and townhome stock that people leaving North Hills tend to land in.
Greenville, in townAlta Vista
Between downtown and Augusta Road, beside Cleveland Park.
Greenville, in townAugusta Road
A corridor, not an address: boutique shopping, dining, parks and schools along the road, the Greenville Country Club inside the district, and streets on either side that are very different products.
Greenville, in townParkins Mill
Developed in the 1950s and it reads that way: larger lots, quieter streets, a more suburban feel than Augusta Road or North Main, and a name that comes up in school conversations more than any other in-town address.
Greenville, the EastsideFive Forks
The executive end of the Eastside, in Simpsonville: Cobblestone, Kingsbridge, Claremont, Southampton and the Roper Mountain Road corridor, with the occasional estate on acreage outside any HOA.
