Greenville and Lake Keowee Luxury Market Report, Fall 2026

Published November 2, 2026. The quarter on the record: closings with their prices and links, the buyer-side score at Glassy, and what we are watching into 2027.

Damian Hall Group, Blackstream | Christie's International Real Estate

Closed on our record, June to September 2026

Every row below links the page where the price is published, with the story under it. These are Damian Hall Group closings, not market-wide figures; they are the part of the quarter we can put in writing without an asterisk.

The buyer side at The Cliffs at Glassy

Of five closings inside The Cliffs at Glassy between June and September 2026, DHG brought the buyer on three. On a mountain where most agents wait for the listing, that is the quiet half of the record, and it is why our Glassy guide reads the way it does.

Offered now

As of November 2, 2026 the group holds 25 active listings, ten of them inside The Cliffs at Glassy and four in Cliffs Valley, with the balance across Greenville, the Tryon and Landrum horse country and Lake Keowee. Each has a page of its own on the listings index, and the best of them trade through the Quiet List before they are broadly marketed.

The service record, dated

202 closings through November 2026. More than $250 million sold. A 5.0 rating on Google across 30 reviews as of October 29, 2026, every one of them five stars, quoted in full here. One of 30 agents selected to The Council of Christie’s International Real Estate for 2026, and the No. 3 team in Greenville by sales volume per RealTrends Verified, on 2025 sales.

What we are watching into 2027

Three things shape the spring market up here. The carry cost of club life: the 2026 Cliffs schedule puts Full Golf at $123,520 in year one before the house, and our calculator works the number for any household. The drive, told honestly: our community guides now publish routed drive times from each clubhouse, because the figure buyers hear at the gate and the figure the road gives are not the same. And inventory discipline at Glassy, where ten of our 25 actives sit; the sellers who launch with a release and a defensible number keep trading, and the quarter’s table above says so.

Method, in one line: everything on this page is the Damian Hall Group’s own record, published, dated and linked to its source; market-wide MLS tables return in the Q1 2027 edition. The Q1 2026 report remains the archive edition.
